Mindi O'Brien is Canada's top fitness personality & superstar. Mindi has professionally competed more than 70 times, with appearances representing Canada at 7 consecutive Fitness Olympias, 4 consecutive Women’s Physique Olympias and 9 Arnold Classic Fitness & Physique International competitions, and the 1st ever Fitness Arnold Classic Europe, the three most prestigious competitions in the world!

Mindi is not only a Professional Athlete, but she is a mother of a 26 year old son, Alex, a Personal Fitness Coach/Trainer, a wife and business owner of TEAMOBRIEN FITNESS. Mindi was recently presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2017 Toronto SuperShow and was recognized for her dedication and leadership as an athlete in the fitness industry from the Canadian Physique Alliance and the IFBB Professional League.
